Description:

This project focused on valuing a public technology company using core investment banking methodologies. Participants conducted industry and company research, built discounted cash flow (DCF) models, performed public comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, and synthesized results to estimate enterprise value. The project emphasized valuation logic, financial modeling, and deal reasoning.
