Project Managers (PMs) lead individual projects under each pillar. They manage their teams, set timelines, and ensure progress while collaborating with Directors and the executive board.

General Members (GMs) work on projects in teams led by PMs. No prior experience is required — just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn! You’ll also have access to workshops, upskilling sessions, and inter-pillar collaboration.
